About The Position

Support the company's division and landlord interface efforts by reviewing and processing estoppel and SNDA requests and negotiating ongoing property right requests with landlords or adjacent property owners. Support divisions' miscellaneous needs including asset management requests and standardized property level reporting. Requirements

• Experience in reviewing and processing estoppel and SNDA requests.
• Experience in negotiating property right requests.
• Familiarity with asset management requests.
• Ability to provide standardized property level reporting.
• Understanding and demonstration of core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
