About The Position
As a Real Estate Attorney, you will help drive AutoZone’s growth by negotiating, drafting, and advising on all aspects of commercial leases, purchase agreements, and related real estate documents. You will take ownership of the process from site approval to store opening, ensuring smooth project scheduling and successful closings. Collaborate with Escrow Specialists to address due diligence, resolve title issues, and maintain integrity in every transaction. In addition, provide legal support for land use matters across departments, staying at the forefront of commercial real estate law to update company policies and practices. Requirements
- Real Estate Attorney experience
- Experience in negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial leases and purchase agreements.
- Experience in managing real estate transactions from site approval to store opening.
- Experience in collaborating with Escrow Specialists on due diligence and title issues.
- Experience in providing legal support for land use matters.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate law.
- Ability to update company policies and practices.
