Requirements

At least 3 years of commercial real estate transactions experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development.
Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong academic background.
Superior drafting and research skills.
Negotiation skills.
Ability to take on significant project responsibility.
Admitted to The Nevada Bar.
