Requirements

• 4-7 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, joint ventures and development.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts is essential.
• Strong academic background.
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
• Must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

Nice To Haves

• Investment fund experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
