Requirements

1-3 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, joint ventures and development.
Strong academic background.
Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to take on significant project responsibility.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
Must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

Nice To Haves

Experience with real estate investment funds, including fund formation, sponsor representation or related private investment vehicles.

Responsibilities

Work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.
Handle property acquisition and investment, development, management and leasing, financing, restructuring, and disposition of all asset classes of real estate.
Advise on a broad spectrum of commercial, recreational, and residential real estate, including structured equity, structured debt, and hybrid structures.
Apply skills to the full cycle of a real estate deal, providing a holistic approach for our clients.
