About The Position

Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a midlevel real estate associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice and the firm at the leading edge of the market, handling sophisticated matters at the local, national, and global level. The practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment across a wide variety of property types and industry sectors, including an active data center practice. Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of relevant transactional real estate experience is required.
Ability to draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents.
Ability to interface directly with clients and counterparties.
Strong business judgment.
Ability to think beyond the transaction — anticipating issues, structuring solutions, and delivering work product that reflects genuine care and precision.
Client-obsessed, responsive, entrepreneurial, and ambitious.
Ability to think in terms of client outcomes, not just tasks.
Ability to build relationships — with clients, colleagues, and counterparties.
Commitment to in-office collaboration.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AI tools — including large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration — will be strongly preferred.
