About The Position
This Associate Agent role allows you to work with customers on your schedule and make money in real estate without closing a transaction. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. You can set your own hours and control your workload, with plenty of customers, especially on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings. This is a remote role where you work out in the field, with no office visits required. Free, optional educational services are available to grow your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
