About The Position
This Associate Agent role is designed for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill growth. It allows agents to work with customers on their own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections, with the flexibility to set one's own hours and control workload. Agents will receive plenty of customer opportunities, particularly on weekends, and will not face sales pressure, contracts, or closings. The position is remote, field-based, requiring no office visits. Optional educational services are provided to help agents grow their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
