About The Position
This Associate Agent role is designed for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill development. As an independent contractor, you will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money through field events without the pressure of closing transactions. The position offers the opportunity to gain customers, especially on weekends, and work remotely in the field with no required office visits. Free, optional educational services are available to help you grow your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
Responsibilities
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends
- Work remotely out in the field – no office visits required
