Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Northwest Indiana
About The Position
This Associate Agent role offers flexibility for new or experienced real estate agents. You will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. You will have the opportunity to set your own hours, control your workload, and receive plenty of customers, particularly on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The position is remote, allowing you to work from the field with no office visits required. Free, optional educational services are available to help you grow your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
