Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Cincinnati
About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and the opportunity to earn money in real estate without closing transactions. The Associate Agent will work with customers on their own schedule, show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The position offers the ability to work remotely in the field with no office visits required and provides free, optional educational services to help agents grow their skills. As an independent contractor, earnings are based on a flat-rate payment per field event. The company's mission is to redefine real estate in the consumer's favor by combining technology and real estate agents to make the process faster, easier, and more efficient.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
