About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill development. Associate Agents work with customers on their own schedule and can earn money in real estate without closing transactions. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Agents set their own hours and workload, receive numerous customers, especially on weekends, and experience no sales pressure, contracts, or closings. The position is remote, field-based, with no office visits required. Optional free educational services are available to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
