About The Position
This Associate Agent role is designed for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill development. It allows agents to work with customers on their own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Agents can set their own hours, control their workload, and will be provided with numerous customers, particularly on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The position is remote, field-based, with no office visits required. Optional, free educational services are available to help agents grow their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
