About The Position
This Associate Agent role is designed for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and the opportunity to earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. Agents will work with customers on their own schedule, show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. The role offers plenty of customer opportunities, especially on weekends, and allows for remote work in the field with no required office visits. Free, optional educational services are available to help agents grow their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
