About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking more flexibility. As an Associate Agent, you will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without closing transactions. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. You will have the freedom to set your own hours and control your workload, with opportunities to engage with many customers, particularly on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings required. This is a remote, field-based position with no office visits necessary. Optional, free educational services are available to help you grow your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- Must pass a background screening
