About The Position
This Associate Agent role is designed for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill development. It allows agents to work with customers on their own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections, with the flexibility to set one's own hours and control workload. Agents will be provided with customers, particularly on weekends, and will not experience sales pressure, contracts, or closings. This is a remote, field-based position with no office visits required, and free, optional educational services are available to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
