About The Position
This Associate Agent role offers flexibility for new or experienced real estate agents to grow their skills and earn money in real estate without closing transactions. Agents can work with customers on their own schedule, show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and set their own hours. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The role is remote and field-based, with no office visits required. Free, optional educational services are available to help agents grow their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
