About The Position

The Real Estate Asset Management Analyst is responsible for maintenance for the firm's portfolio of real estate physical assets and supporting transactions. Working under limited supervision, the Analyst will partner closely with senior members of the Real Estate asset management team to provide analytical and tactical support on the current investment portfolio and prospective and current commercial real estate investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

Assist with the assets performance and the operating management.
Prepare and complete and review annual business plans and asset management initiatives.
Implement the agreed asset management initiatives, capex program, and renewal/lease up targets.
Negotiate and execute lease transactions.
Assist in making value add business cases profitable.
Coordinate and support research in all areas of real estate
Instruct, coordinate and supervise external professional teams (property and facility management, lawyers, brokers etc)
Prepare periodic reporting to investors, analysis and explanation of variances.
Assist in data collection of quarterly/annual property valuation process and review them.
Communicates with investors regarding real estate portfolio performance.
