About The Position
Join a top-rated real estate team in the US — eight consecutive years — where top agents close 40+ homes per year through a proven, fully supported system. We work exclusively with motivated homeowners, meaning you arrive at pre-qualified appointments, not cold leads. Your job is to show up, serve clients, and close. We handle the rest! We primarily work with homeowners who want to sell quickly and work with trusted Realtors. Our agents meet directly with motivated sellers, understand their goals, and guide them to the right solution — whether that’s a cash offer or a traditional listing. You’ll spend your time closing, not prospecting.
Requirements
- Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Show up, serve clients, and close deals.
- Meet directly with motivated sellers, understand their goals, and guide them to the right solution.
- Supplement Mark Spain appointments with your sphere of influence closings.
- Travel within a defined Greater Raleigh-area service territory.
