Requirements
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Assist clients with purchasing, selling, and investing in residential real estate
- Manage transactions from contract to close (including remote clients)
- Maintain accurate and compliant transaction records
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
