This is a commission-only role with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually with no commission cap.

Requirements

• Active Florida real estate license required
• Comfortable covering Pinellas, Manatee, or Sarasota County
• Coachable, accountable, and willing to follow a system that works
• Ready to close homes, not just generate activity
