About The Position
Keller Williams Realty is seeking new and experienced real estate agents to join their team. Applicants without a real estate license are encouraged to apply, and will be contacted by a partnered real estate school for information on obtaining their license. Agents will represent home sellers and buyers, coordinate with third parties, manage transaction paperwork, and negotiate prices. They will also perform strategic prospecting to find new clients. Keller Williams provides thorough hands-on sales training and access to efficient platforms for lead scouting and deal closing.

Responsibilities
- Scout leads through strategic networking & advertising
- Interact with clients by attending in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses and more
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
- Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues and coordinate with third party entities
