Client First Realtor is hiring awesome Real Estate Agents to join the Zander Real Estate Team in Daybreak, South Jordan. This is a full-time position for driven agents looking to scale their real estate business and thrive in the market. The Zander Real Estate Team is a powerhouse team known for excellence, collaboration, and results, offering a supportive culture and strong brand backing.

Requirements

  • Full-time Realtors with an active license in Utah.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Bandwidth and willingness to work with Zander-provided leads.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Have their own book of Sphere of Influence (SOI) business.
  • Self-starters with a growth mindset who value coaching, accountability, and community.
  • Tech-savvy professionals who enjoy working smart with automated systems and proven tools.
  • A proven history of success in real estate or a genuine passion for building a thriving career in the industry.
  • Alignment with The Zander Real Estate Team’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence.
  • Knowledge of the South Jordan, Herriman, and surrounding areas, or the enthusiasm to become a local expert.
  • Comfort and proficiency with modern technology tools to simplify and enhance the real estate experience.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to connect with clients and team members effectively.

  • Take part in community outreach and initiatives that reflect our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us.
