Redfin agents earn competitive commissions on closed deals with unlimited upside, with higher splits for repeat Redfin clients. In-year accelerators offer the opportunity to unlock higher commissions by hitting specified sales volume thresholds. Top producers can earn a President's Club trip, qualify for stock grants, and gain exclusive access to Redfin's luxury brand clients. Redfin covers all business expenses, including state license and MLS dues, association fees, mileage, and cell phone plans. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market; must provide and maintain proof of current auto insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50 throughout employment
  • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
  • Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
  • Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently
