About The Position

You will receive 100 new customers annually from Redfin, in addition to managing your existing client base. Transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, and showing agents provide dedicated support. An inside sales team qualifies leads and schedules appointments directly onto your calendar, handling logistical details for showings.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license.
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.
  • Proof of current auto insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50.
  • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity.
  • In-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
  • Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize earnings by leveraging the Redfin platform and customer base.
  • Manage and grow a book of business, including Redfin-generated customers and personal sphere clients.
  • Utilize proprietary CRM technology to manage deals and client pipelines.
  • Collaborate with transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, and showing agents.
  • Work with an inside sales team to qualify opportunities and schedule appointments.
  • Lead clients through the home buying and selling process.
  • Close deals and earn referral business.
  • Represent clients buying and selling high-priced homes through Redfin's luxury brand.
