Requirements

• Currently in the process of obtaining a PA and/or NJ real estate license, or newly licensed and looking for your first brokerage home.
• Go-getters ready to thrive in a commission-based, incentive-driven environment.
• Coachable self-starters eager to learn from experienced brokers and build strong habits early.
• Strong communicators who are comfortable networking and building relationships.
• Motivated to serve the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients in the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets.
• Build strong relationships and network with potential clients.
• Focus on clients and logistics, supported by in-house title and mortgage teams.
• Learn the full transaction process from professionals.
• Work side by side with lending partners.
