About The Position

Redfin is seeking qualified real estate agents for an opportunity opening soon. Agents can join as part of a team or individually, leveraging Redfin's platform, customers, benefits, and support. The role offers highly competitive commissions, with progressive commission rates that increase with sales volume. Redfin covers business expenses, allowing agents to keep more of their earnings. Agents will receive support from transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, and showing agents, with an inside sales team qualifying opportunities and booking them on the agent's calendar. Redfin.com generates significant customer traffic, providing agents with new customer opportunities in addition to their existing client base.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license.
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.
  • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity.
  • Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
  • Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Join an agent team or work individually.
  • Maximize earnings by utilizing the Redfin platform and Redfin.com.
  • Serve Redfin.com customers and clients from your sphere of influence.
  • Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM technology.
  • Collaborate with transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, and showing agents.
  • Work with the inside sales team to qualify opportunities and book appointments.
  • Handle details for events, including organizing showing appointments.
  • Represent clients buying and selling homes, including high-priced homes through Redfin's luxury brand.
