About The Position
This is an opportunity for an Arizona real estate agent, specifically in the Tucson market, to join a tech-enabled growth platform. Unlike traditional brokerages, RGroup Realty provides a fully built marketing and automation ecosystem powered by Sizzle Marketing, Go High Level (GHL), and IDX Broker. This integrated system automates tasks such as SMS, email nurturing, AI follow-ups, missed-call text-backs, and appointment booking, while also providing behavioral lead intelligence to understand lead engagement. The platform offers priority-based pipelines and built-in conversion frameworks for various funnel types (listing, buyer, landlord, investor). Agents can focus on core activities like showings, negotiations, and closing, as the system handles follow-up and organization, enabling consistent production without excessively long workweeks.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (to be held with RGroup Realty).
- Strong knowledge of the Tucson market (Foothills, Marana, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, Central, etc.).
- Comfort using technology daily.
- A production mindset. This is not for hobby agents.
Responsibilities
