About The Position

NexaEdge Realty Partners is seeking licensed real estate agents to join their Traditional Team. This role offers support, improved systems, and increased opportunities for agents to produce. The Traditional Team allows agents to work with both buyers and sellers while developing their own client base and database, all with the support of a team. This is a commission-based independent contractor position with a 50/50 team split. The ideal candidate is coachable, competitive, and willing to make calls, follow up, attend training, and dedicate themselves to building a successful real estate business. Both new and experienced agents looking to increase their production are encouraged to apply. This role is not suitable for individuals seeking leads without the expectation of follow-up or accountability.
