Requirements

Confidence and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Strong communication skills that are proactive and organized.
Analytical skills necessary to develop valuation and negotiating competencies.
Bachelor’s degree, or some college plus an active real estate license required.
Proven client service and relationship-building skills.
Proven professionalism, ethics, and character.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience as the principal point of contact for clients going through the home buying and selling process.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, wants, and constraints.
Set up real-time access to home listings and schedule tours.
Conduct pre-offer property analysis and share real-time market insights.
Guide clients through contracts and agreements to help them maximize value with less stress.
Work closely with mortgage and insurance experts to save clients time and money.
Average over 30 transactions per year and understand the home buying and selling processes, including negotiations, in and out.
Tour homes and submit or accept offers 7 days a week including evenings and weekends with any supported mobile device.
Delight clients by helping them save thousands through promotions like ZERO LIST FEE or 1% Listing Fee and Zero Closing Cost purchase bundles.
