About The Position

Join a top-rated real estate team in the US — eight consecutive years — where top agents close 40+ homes per year through a proven, fully supported system. We work exclusively with motivated homeowners, meaning you arrive at pre-qualified appointments, not cold leads. Your job is to show up, serve clients, and close. We handle the rest! We are looking to hire up to 10 agents this month. Limited roles to fill, and our next agent class begins this month. Requirements

• Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Atlanta-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven — you thrive in a high-accountability environment
