You focus on showings, negotiations, inspections, contracts, and closing, while the system handles follow-up and organization.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (to be held with RGroup Realty).
- Strong knowledge of the Tucson market (Foothills, Marana, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, Central, etc.).
- Comfort using technology daily.
- A production mindset. This is not for hobby agents.
Responsibilities

- Leverage automated nurture systems instead of chasing cold leads.
