Requirements
- Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Meet with motivated sellers, understand their goals, and guide them to the right solution.
- Close deals.
- Supplement Mark Spain appointments with your sphere of influence closings and earn higher splits.
- Travel within a defined Greater Dallas-area service territory.
