Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years as a licensed real estate agent with a proven track record of sales success.
- Active real estate license in Michigan (required).
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to achieve high levels of success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable using CRMs, digital marketing platforms, and other real estate tools.
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities

- Handle GOOD leads provided by the team, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion.
