Requirements

  • Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license (or willing to get one)
  • Reliable transportation & driver's license
  • Professional communication & strong follow-through
  • Comfortable with tech (CRM, MLS, DocuSign/ZipForms, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture client relationships
  • Tour homes, host open houses, and provide expert guidance
  • Prepare and present offers
  • Advise on pricing, contingencies, inspections, and timelines
  • Stay in communication so clients always feel supported
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM
