- Have an Ohio Real Estate sales license or be actively working to acquire one
Responsibilities
- Show homes
- Write contracts
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Consult with clients regarding the sale of their home
- Assist homebuyers in their search for a new home
- Constantly monitor real estate market conditions
- Help people achieve their real estate goals
- Attend all team meetings and training
- Be a team player
