Responsibilities

Build and grow your personal database and sphere of influence (SOI).
Conduct buyer, seller, and investor consultations using CAZA’s proven playbooks.
Deliver five-star service that turns clients into lifelong advocates.
Manage transactions with precision and care using CAZA’s operations systems.
Prospect daily using a mix of CAZA-provided leads, referrals, and personal outreach.
Master CAZA’s proprietary sales systems, including: Listing Presentation & System Buyer Presentation & System Investor Presentation & System Premium Cash Offer & Mortgage Partner Programs
Attend all required trainings, Impact Tuesdays, and team events.
Operate with accountability, ownership, and professionalism in every interaction.
