About The Position
Navigate Realty is hiring a Real Estate Agent in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The brokerage provides agents with hundreds of high-intent Zillow buyer and seller opportunities each month through its Zillow Flex | Preferred partnerships, along with systems, training, coaching, marketing, CRM, and transaction support. Agents guide clients through the buying or selling process and can use the brokerage’s resources to grow their business. The role is open to newly licensed and experienced agents.
Requirements
- Be coachable, motivated, a strong communicator, professional, and dependable.
- Be ready to grow a real estate business.
Responsibilities
- Respond to high-intent Zillow leads.
- Guide buyers and sellers from consultation to closing.
- Show homes, write offers, and negotiate contracts.
- Build lasting client relationships and referral business.
- Use the company CRM and systems to manage the pipeline.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
