About The Position

The Real Estate Assistant is responsible shadowing and providing support for Owner and Cofounder of DeLeon Realty. This position reports to the Owner/Cofounder and dotted-line to the Executive Assistant for administrative and operational matters.

Requirements

  • California Real Estate Salesperson License.
  • 1-2 years in real estate industry.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly responsive with communications to both clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record (frequent driving).
  • Good judgment and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Ability to act professionally in a collegial environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Attend appointments and provide support to the owner.
  • Possess good dictation and transcription skills.
  • Attending inspections and/or conducting showings.
  • Prepare disclosures for meetings with sellers.
  • Prepare contracts for electronic signature.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Prepare property informational portfolios.
  • Prepare gift baskets for closings.
  • Update CRM.
  • Prepare and assist for seminars/events.
  • Occasionally provide access to properties for clients and vendors.
  • Occasionally host open houses and broker tours.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
