Navigate Realty is a leading Zillow Flex | Preferred partner, offering agents hundreds of high-intent buyer and seller opportunities monthly. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to launch or accelerate their real estate careers, with a proven system designed to help agents achieve closings within 30 days and consistently close 2-6+ transactions per month. Navigate Realty focuses on agent growth, career building, and providing a supportive, high-performance environment with the necessary training, tools, and leadership for success. Agents will work with serious clients ready to move, allowing them to focus on building relationships, showing homes, negotiating, writing offers, and closing deals, rather than on prospecting or chasing low-quality leads. Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads and create a strong first impression
- Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction
- Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction
- Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers with confidence
- Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to protect your clients and win deals
- Use Navigate's proven systems, CRM, and technology to stay organized and consistent
- Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings
- Leverage Navigate's marketing, brand, and tools to grow your database and referral business
- Stay up to date on market trends, contracts, and fair housing guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability to continually improve
