About The Position
Realty One Group NJ is looking for a driven and dynamic Agent Recruiter to join our growing team in Clifton, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding one of New Jersey's fastest-growing real estate brands by connecting brokers with a proven franchise model.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, B2B sales, talent acquisition, or recruiting
- Strong understanding of the real estate brokerage or franchise business model
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and pipeline activity
- Located in or able to commute to the Clifton, NJ area
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify qualified agents through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Present and promote Realty One Group Legend to potential agents
- Guide candidates through the full agent sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with brand growth goals
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity
