Requirements

Experienced Real Estate Agents or Expansion Partners.
Ready to lead real change and raise the standard in their market.
Willing to stop playing small and start scaling up.
Desire to grow, scale, and lead the next generation of high-performing and trusted advisors.
Must be comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure under a 1099 independent contractor agreement.
Must be comfortable with the fact that Real Estate is broken and the system has turned against its own.
