Pacific Asset Advisors is seeking a full-time Real Estate Accounting Manager to join our growing team! Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of industry experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
Excel and property management software proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to pass a background and credit check.

Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining monthly accounting records and financial reports for an assigned property portfolio.
Lease administration ensuring accurate and timely billing of rent/NNN and compliance with lease terms
Assisting with the onboarding of new properties, including due diligence.
Conducting regular audits/reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and lease documents.
Communication with clients, tenants, and lenders, both written and verbal.
Budgeting and forecasting with the property management team to develop and maintain accurate property budgets.
Collaborating with the property management team to analyze financial performance.
Assisting in the review of monthly financial reports, annual budgets, and NNN reconciliations prepared by accounting team members.
Coordinate cash management functions, including reviewing and initiating money transfer transactions (ACH and wire transfers).
Providing analysis and insights to support decision-making efforts.
Mentoring accounting staff, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Continuing education courses as a part of career development.
