About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role involves safely operating a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites, performing daily vehicle inspections, and communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members. The position requires maintaining accurate delivery and work records and adhering to all safety and environmental regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Demonstrated reliability and teamwork
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Maintain accurate delivery and work records
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations and company policies
