About The Position
The Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver is responsible for safely delivering ready-mix concrete to designated job sites. We offer competitive pay with regular increases, shift differentials, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. The starting pay begins at $28 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $40 per hour with shift differentials. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Class B CDL required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ready Mix Truck Driving Experience
Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-trip inspection and preventative maintenance of vehicle.
- Complete daily truck inspection list.
- Operate ready mix truck.
- Drive to job sites to deliver material.
- Report to dispatcher any job conditions and test results to improve production and promote safety.
- Keep assigned unit clean. Request time for cleaning as needed. Trucks are rolling advertisements.
- Safe operation of vehicle.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Record test results and time on daily tickets.
- Efficient use of work time.
- Communicate to dispatcher jobsite information.
