About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate and maintain the Tandem Tandem Boostaload Mixer efficiently. Ensure the quality and consistency of mixed materials. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
- Valid class 1 or class 3 license is required with manual transmission endorsement.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
