Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to operate commercial vehicles safely.
• Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and defensive driving practices.
• Ability to inspect equipment, identify issues, and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Customer-focused mindset with effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated individual able to manage time, adapt to changing schedules, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of successful employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor concrete quality and assist with proper unloading at delivery locations.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and transportation regulations while providing excellent customer service.
