About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role involves safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to designated job sites. The driver will conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate delivery documentation, and communicate effectively with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to ensure timely service. The position also requires monitoring product quality and assisting with proper placement at job sites, while adhering to all safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements and safe driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and customer service.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Responsibilities
