Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and safe driving practices.
• Ability to operate equipment responsibly while adhering to safety standards and procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Capability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required documentation, and follow operating procedures.
• Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to work varying schedules and adapt to changing business needs.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting efficient and timely project execution.
