About The Position

Kienstra Co is currently hiring an experienced Ready Mix Concrete Plant Maintenance Person for a full time position. This position entails work throughout the St. Louis County area. We are a family owned company that takes pride in providing the highest quality concrete and the best service in the St. Louis Regional area since 1947.

Requirements

Ability to diagnose and repair concrete plant equipment.
Experience on welding and cutting.
Valid Driver's License.
No fear of heights.
Physically able to wear respirator.
Experience on front end loader.
Own hand tools.
Self-motivated and ability to multi-task.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance.
Perform routine, preventative, diagnostic and repair maintenance on all plant equipment. This includes conveyors, bins, hoppers, pits, air systems, dust collectors, etc.
Operate front end loader, forklift, aerial lift, Lull, welder, skid steer and other plant equipment.
Work outdoors year round.
Be available as needed for overtime work.
